We have a winner!

John Strobel with his new frog and his dog, Max

The drawing for this fine SJ was held on April 2, 2011.

The lucky winner is John Strobel of Michigan.

Thank you to all who purchased tickets for this raffle and supported the Wellspring Waldorf School.  Watch for another raffle soon!

Finely-crafted guitars and educations have a lot in common: both require specialized care and attention. Once again, Froggy Bottom Guitars has donated a guitar to support the Wellspring Waldorf School of Chelsea, Vermont.

The guitar is an SJ, Standard Grade, of Mahogany and Adirondack (red) spruce, with a Paua abalone rosette, herringbone back stripe and a lovely tobacco sunburst top. The Petria Mitchell engraving on the mammoth ivory heelcap is of a painted turtle. At the raffle winner's request, we will install a K & K pickup in the guitar. Total value (including pickup) is $8450.
